Your right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you receive the goods, or from the day a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (for example, by email).

Refunds

Once we have received the returned item(s), we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item was purchased within the last 14 days

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The item is returned in its original packaging

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided once your return has been approved.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without receipt of the returned item(s).

Items that cannot be returned

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or made-to-order items, created specifically for you

  • Candles that have been lit, used, or altered after delivery, unless they are faulty or damaged on arrival.

  • Items that are damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Due to the nature of handmade products, slight variations in appearance are normal.

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, and ideally within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos where possible. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
